Computers are part of our everyday lives. Understanding the in's and out's can enhance both your professional and personal technology experience. This will be an interactive discussion to help answer many common questions we all have. How do I get and install College provided software? Why is running software updates so important? Why does my network account frequently lock after changing my password? What exactly is a (BSOD) Blue Screen of Death?
