FSDW: Developing Habits for Spiritual Wellness

Event Description:
What is spiritual wellness? How do we address such basic human needs as love and belonging, trust, hope, and meaning? How can habits such as gratitude, forgiveness, and reflection help us become more resilient and compassionate members of our families and communities?  In this workshop, we will explore the seven basic spiritual needs that all people share, regardless of religious or spiritual affiliation. The session will include some introductory teaching, followed by a group exercise, some in pair and share, development of a simple personal plan, and general discussion of what we have learned.
