Event Description:
A panel presentation and discussion with: Ciara Williams '16, Environmental Educator at Mural Arts Philadelphia; Cinder Hypki, Community Artist and Community Organizer in Baltimore, MD; Syd Carpenter, Professor of Art, Swarthmore College.

This exciting, interdisciplinary panel brings together three amazing women to discuss their work, which in diverse ways bridges the arts, social change, and environmental themes (including environmental and social justice; waste, trash and sustainability; Black farmers' connection to land, food and sustainable agriculture; and community health and sustainability).

This event is co-sponsored by the Environmental Studies Program, the Lang Center for Civic & Social Responsibility, and the Art Department.
