Event Description:
Dr. Ren is director of the Shangai office of the WWF and leads in Central and Lower Yangtze Program. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology from Fudan University and is adjunct professor at Tongji University. The Shanghai office of the WWF is involved in the Yangtze protected area network (Jiangsu and Shanghai), the Estuary partnership program, the World Estuary Alliance, the low carbon city initiative, and conservation of biodiversity in the Yangtze River basin.
