FSDW: Zumba Toning

Event Description:

Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in which you can't help but have fun while toning and getting your heart rate up! Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Zumba Toning will use small free weights, squats and lunges during the session. Zumba Toning welcomes all levels of fitness. Please wear sneakers and light fitting clothes. Small free weights and water will be provided.
