In the next few months, a major national commission will release recommendations on K-12 education equity and excellence. In higher education, policymakers will start a critical debate on how to reform the nation's broken system of financial aid and student loans. What will be the key disputes, and what principles will lead us toward the prosperity and fairness we want in America?
